In addition to managing the two Louisville stations, Lamb is vice president of broadcast operations for Block Communications, overseeing eight television stations.
He will offer tips on bringing varying views together to facilitate collaboration, achieve success and complete projects effectively.
Bill wrote a book titled "Money Follows Excellence
." The leadership principles in the book can be seen in WDRB's success: For the seventh consecutive year, WDRB Media has been named one of the best places to work in Kentucky by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Lamb says WDRB is now Louisville's top television station in news viewership and revenue.
Bill is on the Fox Board of Governors, and past chairman of the Kentucky Broadcasters Association. This year, he was inducted into the Kentucky Broadcaster’s Hall of Fame.
